i33 is seeking a Project Manager to add to our growing delivery team in Detroit, Michigan. The Project Manager responsibilities include managing the day-to-day functions on digital/online marketing programs and individual web development projects including client needs assessment, strategic direction, issue & risk management, managing cross-functional teams toward implementation of deliverables for the projects/programs; is responsible for the ongoing client relationship; financial tracking and general success of the projects; and working with the team to uphold all project management standards throughout project duration.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Develops project strategies to accomplish client business objectives and minimize project risk
- Ensures that all deliverables are on schedule, specification and within budget for a given project
- Performs cross-functional task management for a given project
- Is the single point of contact for client to resolve all project-related issues; escalates larger project issues and risk as needed for resolution
- Authors & maintains project workplans, project briefs, Statements of Work, user flows, requirements and cost estimates with input from team members as needed
- Tracks and reports financial health of project
- Reports project status to both internal team and client
- Identifies client needs and additional opportunities to provide services
Required Skills and Background:
- 4+ years of project management experience at an interactive agency or web development client services environment
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project) for planning, tracking and reporting project status
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Has managed $250k+ projects
- Ability to represent entire team’s breadth of work to client
- Ability to manage short and long term projects in fast-paced, agency environment
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams, including creative, technical & functional resources
- Demonstrated competence in effective communication across multiple teams, levels and companies (clients, partners and i33)
- Demonstrated ability to grow account by building and growing a mutually rewarding client relationship
- Ability to identify, plan for, manage and minimize project risk
- Viable candidates must demonstrate exceptional client interaction skills, a professional demeanor, thought leadership, flexibility, and the ability to handle the uncertainties associated with a consulting environment
Required Education:
Minimum of bachelor’s degree.
