Vice President, Sales

i33 is seeking a New York-based seasoned sales executive to sell i33's services to national accounts. As Vice President of Sales, this person will be responsible for targeting companies seeking interactive, performance marketing, and web site design & development services. In addition, this salesperson must be able to manage a constantly changing sales process from generating leads to closing deals to managing relationships on an ongoing basis. The VP of Sales will report to the Senior Vice President of Sales.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • New client acquisition (sales, sales and more sales)
  • Contract development and negotiation
  • General sales support and guidance
  • Ongoing contact and relationship-building with acquired customers

Required Skills and Background:

  • Must be a deal closer!
  • Must have established network of marketing contacts (rolodex) at Fortune 1000 companies
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding a multi-million dollar quota for the last several years
  • 8-10+ years of demonstrated sales success with a minimum of 2 years in Internet or technology services sales
  • Experience generating sales for performance marketing services company is a huge plus
  • Experience selling professional services preferred
  • Candidate must have contacts that can produce immediate introductions and new meetings with potential clients that will likely produce revenue in near term
  • Experience selling to high-level sophisticated buyers at Fortune 1000 companies
  • Sales contacts in the hotel and/or travel industry a major plus
  • Demonstrated expertise and experience in sales and account planning
  • Solid understanding of the Internet and marketing is required and technology knowledge is a plus
  • Strong command of successful sales processes and methodologies
  • Superior oral and written communication, proposal development, and presentation skills
