We Feel Blessed:
You see, we started in 1995 as two different interactive agencies: i33 communications in New York and Sigma6 in Detroit. At that time, clients were asking for corporate websites that were little more than rehashed annual reports.

But expectations grew quickly. And needs changed.

Marketers were looking for more transactional- and content-driven web sites. So we developed websites that seamlessly integrated creative and technology.

We brought businesses online. We integrated legacy systems and developed easy-to-use e-commerce sites for companies including Hertz Car Sales and Ethan Allen. We developed custom content management tools for Advertising Age and Memorial-Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.

Soon, our clients needed interactive media and marketing. They needed to drive qualified traffic to their new, world-class websites.

At the time, we were small, independent interactive firms. We knew we couldn't advertise our name and services as much as the big agencies. But we offered deeper technical capabilities than larger agencies could even dream about. And we knew that our sole focus on interactive services delivered unmatched value to our clients. We just had to prove it.

So in 1997, we built AdMaximizeSM, the industry's first closed-loop ROI-reporting tool. Industry analysts took notice because i33 was the first company to report on how many leads and sales were generated from every customer interaction. Now we could tell our clients exactly how much money we made for them each and every day. Take THAT, big agencies!

Fortune 500 companies recognized our capabilities. Buick, Delphi and Sprint hired us as their Interactive Agency of Record.

Meanwhile, the Internet was booming. Then the roll-ups began. And things really got interesting.

In 1999, AppNet, an interactive services company and systems integrator, purchased us to provide strong web design and marketing services as part of its roll-up strategy. More and more potential clients were calling us. So many that we couldn't schedule all of the pitch meetings! We were able to pursue only the best companies. We began working with organizations including the U.S. Postal Service and MetLife. We went public, and the stock soared.

We felt blessed.

But as we all know, the bubble was about to burst. And all the large roll-ups began struggling to provide cost-effective and high-touch service as they scaled.

Turns out that bigger wasn't really better.

AppNet survived by merging with Commerce One, a B2B software company providing supply-chain management software for e-marketplaces. Commerce One needed AppNet's professionals to meet increasing client demand for integrating Commerce One's software products.

i33 was busy providing the same award-winning interactive agency services to our clients. Our web site design and online marketing capabilities grew as did our client base.

Commerce One decided to focus on its core software business. We were offered the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to take i33 independent again. Thus on December 1, 2001, i33 communications was re-born with offices in New York and Detroit. And our clients stuck with us because we delivered great value to them.

And the story continued. In March 2008 we merged with 360i, a leading independent digital agency and a subsidiary of Innovation Interactive LLC with centers of excellence in search, behavioral marketing and social media. This perfect marriage offered i33's clients the best of both worlds -- the nimble, high-touch i33, plus all of the resources of a larger, award-winning agency.

Since 1995, we have successfully developed more than 600 websites, won dozens of industry awards, and have generated millions of leads and sales for our clients through online marketing.

Today, we create highly integrated and measurable interactive marketing websites, applications and programs for our clients such as Marvel Entertainment, PBS and Publishers Clearing House.

Again, we feel blessed!
